GOY

The Goy Foundation

The David A. Goy Memorial fund was started in October of 1997 following the untimely death of David Goy, the first full time volunteer in the Catholic Diocese of Richmond, Virginia Haiti Volunteer program. Our primary goal is supporting the Haiti Community St. Rose of Lima school. We believe that educating and feeding children is fundamental to instituting change.

Building from the David Goy Fund and combining resources from twinning parishes and colleges, the current David Goy Foundation’s mission is to continue to support the growing town of Jacsonville, located in the heart of Matabonite. We are a certified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.
