Students who have been baptized in the Catholic faith are invited to celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation with the Newman Community. The Confirmation formation process is one that encourages students to explore Scripture, the Church’s Tradition, their own Baptismal Call, and their sense of identity in the mission of the Church. This unique group gathers on a weekly basis, and members of the Newman Community walk with you and sponsor you on your journey. Ultimately, Confirmation celebrates your public acknowledgement of your desire to be an active member in the universal Church and to be a disciple, advancing the Church’s mission, in the larger world.
